Refunds:
Refunds may be issued only when a service was not provided as promised, such as order discrepancies, cancellations, or service failures that are verified by our team. Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the order or dining date. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Returns:
Since we provide food and dining services, not physical returnable products, “returns” apply only to cancellations or disputes regarding orders or reservations. Food that has been delivered, consumed, or collected cannot be returned. Cancellations made before preparation begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund, while cancellations after preparation may be charged.

Exceptions:
No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered orders, completed dining services, or items that do not meet personal taste preferences. Refunds do not apply to additional customizations or special requests made after an order has already been confirmed.
